About Us

Established in 1995, The Law Offices of Timothy Doud is a general practice law firm that places heavy emphasis on family law matters such as divorce, paternity, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, domestic violence injunctions, step parent adoptions, property settlement, prenuptials, family law mediation, relocation, theft, assault and battery, criminal defense, felonies and misdemeanors, DUI/DWI, expungements and more. We also tackle cases concerning estate planning, including wills, trusts, POA, living wills, living trusts and health care surrogates.

Our attorney can represent either spouse or other interested parties in family law matters, without singling out special interests such as fathers' rights. We represent criminal defendants in felony and misdemeanor matters.

We also represent clients in civil and criminal firearm-related cases.
